5 Things you can expect in a Community Group…

1. Connection - Community Groups connect on a consistent basis in homes, parks, at the Rise Warehouse or online at times and places that are convenient for the whole group.

2. Discipleship- Each group will be lead by a pair of Leaders and Co-Leaders. Once a group reaches capacity the Co-Leaders will become Leaders of a new group along with a new set of Co-Leaders. We believe this is a real example of discipleship.

3. Fellowship - Focused around The Table. Whether it be a large group meal where everyone pitches in or desserts and coffee. The table is a great place to bring people together. Along with your meal, we encourage every group to take communion together to reflect and remember the sacrifice Jesus made for us and give thanks for all He has done in our lives.

4. Prayer - There will be a time set aside during each gathering for prayer. Covering any prayer requests brought to the group.

5. Discussion - Our studies will focus around the current teaching series at Rise. We will discuss the weekly message, ask questions, and dig deeper into what we have learned. There are also many other resources including Book Studies and Podcasts for those interested in going a little deeper.
